A little later, the first version of the nettoshop.ch online shop was successfully launched. For personal customer care and individual customer service, the nettoshop.ch showroom was opened in Volketswil in 2010. In 2013, nettoshop.ch became a division of RS Vertriebs AG. At the end of 2013, the entire RS Vertriebs AG was taken over by Coop, including all employees.
